• Rental prices $399.00 plus tax per night for the first 6 people, Friday and Saturday with a Two Night Minimum
• Extra persons are $15.00 extra per night with a maximum number of guests allowed at 14
• 10% Discount is offered for stays over 4 nights.
• Weekly rental rates begin at $1,995.00

House policies are as follows:

• $250.00 Security/Cleaning Deposit is due upon booking with the remainder of the balance due at Check In.
• Check in time is 4:00 p.m., Check out time is Noon the day of departure
• 14 Day Advance Notice of Cancellation is required to avoid paying the remaining balance due on your reservation
• First Night's Rental & Tax is non-refundable
• You are provided with everything needed to leave Sequoia House in a clean and orderly condition.Up to a $250.00 cleaning fee will be applied if this condition is not met.
